Re: [REVIEW] 5872: Space Truck Getaway

My kids each got one of these for Christmas. The one thing I didn't like about this was the cargo box on the back. It seems to flop open way too easy. I think it would have been better if it was designed with something like these. http://img.bricklink.com/P/9/44301.gif http://img.bricklink.com/P/9/4...

Re: create my own decal label or sticker?

Clear address labels and a decent ink jet printer seems to work ok.

Barnes and Noble - GC $20 for $10 - Groupon - Exp Feb 7th.

This isn't a Lego sale but the GC is good for lego. Groupon is offering a $20 B&N GC for $10. It is good in-store and online. Here's the link:

Groupon B&N GC Link

Warning: If you don't use it by April 10th, you will lose $10 of the value of the card.

I don't think these will last long.

Re: Separatist Capital Ship

This thing is huge for a mini-scale ship. I built it in LDD following the instructions. I was hoping to build it from my kids inventory, but they don't have many of the 2009 sets so no such luck. I made two cosmetic changing the to the stand and the part count came out at 721 pieces! It's approx 68 ...

Star Trek would be interesting and challenging. Every ship is round or curved in one way or another. Except the Borg.

Re: [Site News] Brickmaster $5 off $20 Codes

Seems to me LEGO didn't like the fact people were smart enough to use the code 100 times each. They should have made codes one time use and specific to the magazine user. That is also another reason why TLG wants us to remove it. They don't want it to be "mass" use. Technically speaking, only Brick...

hahahha. yeah, my wallet has been continuously mauled by lego this winter. Glad my wallet could take a bullet for your wallet :D Were you looking to get the roller or the turbine? I got the Roller. I missed on the Snapper and the Favour fun packs. Two B-day parties coming up and those would have be...

Re: 67%-75% off at [email protected]

Redflagdeals.com. It's a Canadian deal finding site. It common that once a good deal gets posted on the forums at RFD it gets pounded. Usually resulting in the deal disappearing very fast. It has become know as the RFD effect.

Re: 67%-75% off at [email protected]

Does anyone know if the magnets are going to be the old detachable ones or the new glued on ones? I asked that question as well and the lady at [email protected] told me these were glued, she had to check with her supervisor tho) I'd have to think these are old stock and wouldn't be glued... We'll find out. I or...

Re: LEGO 8805 Collectible Minifigures Series 5

I'm with you on this. I found some from the third series for the first time last night. I thought about it for a few minutes and ended up putting them back on the shelf. I'm just not that excited anymore. Maybe if Lego had left the barcodes on I would have grabbed a complete set just to have. But I...

Re: LEGO 8805 Collectible Minifigures Series 5

I hope not...Honestly I'm tired of the collectible minifigures already. LEGO spaced them too close together. I barely get series 2 done and then BAM! It's another series! I'm with you on this. I found some from the third series for the first time last night. I thought about it for a few minutes and...
