Re: Target - Summer Clearance
Just picked up the last Clone Trooper Battle Pack at my Target for $4.76. Mandalorians were still full price, oddly. The only other Lego in the clearance isle was the Space Shuttle at around $25 each.

[MOC] Ambulance (Type III)
Greetings! I've recently finished revising this ambulance type III MOC I've had for about a year. FYI, a type III ambulance is the kind typically found in the US and probably some other countries. Anyway, these are the 3rd and 4th revisions I've done and I think I'm finished for now. http://farm8.st...

Re: Anaheim / Downtown Disney Grand Re-opening?
I got a free Brickley set 3300001 with my purchase. This wasn't advertised anywhere (at least, I didn't see anything). I'm not sure what the threshold was, but I bought about $60 worth of stuff so it was probably $50. They did not have any more Hulk minifigs.

VIP Exclusive Collectible Minifigure Set
The VIP CMF set that consists of "fan favorites" was found at the Downtown Disney Lego Store (Anaheim, CA). Price is $14.99, so basically $3 per figure. Only slight variations to some figures. If you have these figures already, probably not worth buying. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7233/...

Re: [USA] LEGO Series 7 Minifigures - Now Available Instores
Walmart in Huntington Beach, CA (South of the 405) has 'em in stock. They were in an endcap display but the whole thing is just laying on the bottom shelf in the Lego section. $2.97 each.
The TRU nearby also had 3 boxes yesterday. $3.49 each.

Target Easter 2012 Polybags (No new sets...so far)
Went to the Target here in Huntington Beach, CA (on Beach Blvd, below the 405) and they had the Easter Lego out already. Nothing new or special: Harry Potter Lab set 30111 http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=30111-1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; City Police Buggy 30013 htt...

[US] Costco: Star Wars Character Encyclopedia $11.99
Went to Costco today and picked up the new Lego Star Wars Character Encyclopedia book by DK for $11.99; regular price is $18.99. Lots of them had the Han Solo figure stolen, so pick a good one! They also had other lego deals that have already been mentioned in other threads: HP Hogwarts for $39.99 A...

Re: Lego Store Mission Viejo, CA Grand Opening
You mentioned the torsos not being unique prints - do the backs have the name of the store (previous ones have)? What other fig has that astronaut logo torso? Thanks for the quick review. Yes, the backs do have the unique printing like the other sets: http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6154/6224463090_...

Lego Store Mission Viejo, CA Grand Opening
Went the Mission Vision store this morning. About ten diehards were there by nine AM (store opened at 10). A lot more showed up within that hour. There was no order when they opened the doors; everyone just bumrushed the store so the line ended up being pointless. That sucked for those of us that go...

Re: LEGO Store: Free Alien Conquest Brick with Foursquare
I just got my brick today at the Costa Mesa, CA store. Seems like they didn't have many left but it won't hurt to try! The August calendar said it was a duplo brick but thankfully that's wrong; it's a regular 2x4x3 brick.

Looks great so far! Not sure how useful the statue of liberty will be, but looks good nonetheless. I really want the hat that the butcher has; I'm working on a burger joint and that hat is perfect.

Looks like that Han Solo uses the new hood from the CMF Series 5 eskimo.
