Re: Amazon Lego town hall 10224 - $161.97
Thanks for the heads-up! Got one (assuming it ships). Let's hope Amazon can not destroy this box like the last few attempts. For Town Hall, I might just make em keep sending them out until they can get me one that is pristine.

Re: [US] TRU New sale: buy 1 get 1 40% off
I'm surprised there haven't been any replies. I'm also saddened that I picked up FB ($5 off + 10% coupon)from the local Lego Store last week, since now I'd need to do GE and TH which is much less efficient. 2 Medieval Market Villages for $160? Seems like a decent price. Does it go lower in BF sales?...

Re: [USA] Toys R Us Buy 2 Get 3rd Free 9/16-9/22
Had thought about building up my train set sets although being a max/min'er I was having a hard time figuring out what to pick up to make the $179/$159/$149 (7939/3677/7938) sets be worthwhile on a B2G1. Since two out of three went back to over $20 MSRP, it makes my choice a lot easier. Wait!

Re: [USA] Toys R Us Buy 2 Get 3rd Free 9/16-9/22
all prices on TRU's website are back to their insane markups. Good thing I picked up everything I wanted with store pickup when the prices were still at msrp. Got a Dynamic Duo Funhouse, Fire transporter, Republic starfighter, Y-wing, Lego city truck, Robbers Hideout, 3 gray baseplates, 2 clone tro...

Any idea if in-store is valid or is this online only? I hate shipping abused boxes.

Re: Target - Summer Clearance
Visited another Target this morning in search of amazing discounts - The Lego boxes on Clearance were on end-caps. End-caps labelled "Clearance 30% and 50% off or more - priced as marked", but most of the Clearance Lego was 10 to 20%. A couple items were 30% (Creator Log Cabin and a $30 Al...

Re: [USA] Wal-Mart Clearance
Warning : walmart whine - Local walmart had QAR (1), Mill Village Raid (4+), one of the $12.97 avenger mini-sets, and another $30 to $50 PoTC set (slips my mind which) marked as clearance (using the red Clearance sticker). This particular walmart has no price stations (the lack of which I truly desp...

Re: Feedback/information on Lego Club Meetings
Poster? Bummer. No poster for us. It wasn't really a "goody bag" either, they just gave out stuff as we went. I guess I'd take 2 minifigs over a poster. There were Lego branded magazines, but thought they were always available at the store. Will pay attention next time. Yea, you're right a...

Re: Feedback/information on Lego Club Meetings
I just attended the June Meeting in Cincinnati with my 8 year old. This month was DC Superheroes. Fee was $25 for non-members and $20 for VIP members. It was a group activity to build a supervillian hideout. There were about 13 kids divided into 3 groups. Each group made their own hideout. * Partici...

MarkV- Use the Customer Services link at the very bottom of their home page. Should be the first link under Quick Help. Re: LoTR at B&N.com
You can stack a member discount with the coupon code? We have a B&N membership, but my wife uses it - I tend to Amazon any thing that I want to read. Can you explain how this works?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: LoTR at B&N.com
That's far more than 20% off on Weathertop (MSRP is $60). I just did the Walmart deal (basically Mines + Weathertop for $120 - $110 for me as I had a $10 gift card I'd never use). Wish I had waited - but that always happens. Shipped for $.97 and arrived overnight. No damage which is better than Amaz...

Re: [USA] Wal-Mart Clearance
I just did a partial tour of interstate 75 in Ohio and Michigan at Meijer and Walmarts on a return work trip. Very little on significant clearance. Best one of the 8 stores was in Findlay at a Walmart. White Cap Bay was $45. Had some HP marked down 30%. They had plenty of stock. Found several QAR, B...

Re: Question About LEGO VIP History
Sorry, I had probably just read some review where the hosting site wouldn't allow "competitive" links and "my brain" decided it would be a good idea to do that here... It would be good to know if Lego will divulge your full history. I have to go cut open a bunch of boxes today th...

Re: [CUUSOO] Firefly Serenity playset
One question : If the creator of non-CUUSOO models put the model in question up for sale, would someone buy it? At 20 cents / part (convert to your favorite currency), 30 cents ? 40 cents? $1 / part. I'm using pennies/part as a ratio, but that's just for reference as the creator would value it at th...

Can you let us know what you find out? I've been entering mine into brick***.com, but it would be nice to know what I got through Lego vs other sources.
