I'm guessing "Temporarily out of stock" means those items probably aren't coming back into stock unless they have a warehouse find. I bunch of the PoP sets are listed as such. Nice color bricks for MOCing. Too bad.

I'd argue that whatever "sale" or "coupon" is on the calendar is not the same as their after X-Mas clearance , which goes on until those items are sold out. I got stuff was late as 5 January, such as Space Police 3 sets. Last year there were over a hundred items on clearance, not...

Wal-Mart usually has sets at about 60% off after X-Mas. I remember a bunch of Space Police sets, some normally $30 for $12, some $40 for $22. The Atlantis Portal was only 50% off but off a $100, I wasn't complaining. Some of the clearances weren't so great, maybe 20%.

The real trick is getting to a LEGO store the day after X-Mas if you miss anything good online. I wish I'd been able to get Space Police Central at half off...

The price has been jacked up since last Christmas. It might have even been $54.99 at some point. I'd have to check my receipt. There was a ton after the "half-off" sale a few weeks back at the local TRU in Huntington Station, NY and this place usually gets cleared out by wild Long Islanders.

Wasn't this set originally about $35 like the yellow truck, or $40 at most? Gotta love the TRU inflation.

Thanks for letting us know! I just ordered the Brigade and Passenger Train (ten dollar mark-up isn't too bad with the $15 off code). If anything gets canceled I'm gonna cancel the whole thing otherwise I'll be thrilled to have the Brigade set!
