I preordered the game for Wii, which doesn't release until Nov 13th here in Canada. I think I'm going to head down to TRU tomorrow and see if I can pick up my exclusive minifigure since the other versions are launching Oct 30th. First thing I did was throw 5 urak hai armies in my cart. Not eligible. haha. So typical of TRU. Guess I'll save my money this time around.

was the sketch I was thinking of, but now that i've seen it again, the Galaxy Squad sketch doesn't look real...

There was a similar sketch for Monster fighters, pretty much all the sets have come true.

Did the free PAB box have a redemption time associated with it? Can you fill it as soon as you get it, or do you have to come back at a later date?

What year is it in the town Lego is producing with the Modular buildings? The buildings mostly resemble the 1930s era of construction, and the fire truck from FB is definitely a turn of the century type of design. So that would leave us with a movie premiere from the 30s. I wonder if Lego would name...

I haven't seen those windows before at PAB. They look very nice. Filling the cup is half the fun!

The only set this week I would have considered picking up is a couple Urak Hai Armies to ad to my helms deep. Unfortunately, that set is 29% over US MSRP so the 20% off doesn't even bring it down to what it should cost. Guess I'll miss this week.

In personal experience, because a walmart clearance was posted on the front page I was able to go to my local walmart and buy a set that was on the shelf at full price but scanned at half. I'm more than happy to filter through the information opposed to having to search and potentially miss it.

My prediction for the 5th week gift is a Minifig display case. Collect all twenty Minifigs, then in the last week, get a display case to show them off.

From what I've heard, they are for sale at Legoland stores only. Should show up in the regular stream soon.

hold up, I don't think it's even. Buying now is a much better deal with the 10% off. Right now, you would get 10% off, plus the promo car, plus 5% VIP. On Oct 1st, you will get 10% VIP. The TRU B2G1 free was right on. And looks like double VIP is back for October. Any other predictable deals coming up for the end of the year?
