I saw it as in stock early morning of August 1st (about 6am, on the East Coast) and ordered 3 copies at that price. The tracking number says it'll arrive tomorrow, so I'll type out an update then.

Found some sets on clearance at the 2 Wal*Marts in Lynchburg, VA. Most had the same assortments. Only Eris' Eagle Interceptor is on clearance; the others are merely marked with red stickers, but with normal pricing.

These were items that had been on 'clearance' for a while, but it was only a few bucks off. It looks like they recently cut the price. There weren't many copies left of most sets.
Oh, they were interspersed in the regular Lego aisle. Just look for the red 'clearance' tag and then read the price.
