Re: Toys R Us (USA) Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off 11/25-12/1
Wow the yoyo.com coupon is up to 40 dollars as well. The YoYo30 for new customers was capped at 20. Plus an extra 1% cash back for me from mrrebates.com. Note one of the best deals is the Old Republic Sith Fury class fighter with Darth Malgus, comes to 49.79 which qualifies it for the free shipping ...

So it looks like Harry Potter and Star Wars are all excluded, POTC and LOTR are working.

Re: [US/CA] LEGO Retiring Medieval Market Village + More
All those sets listed are really the golden age I was talking about. MMV, DS, FB, GE may all increase in the after market but the next big hit to me is Tower Bridge and other sets in that expensive adult category. Honestly the one HUGE tail risk downside I see in lego "investing" is dust. ...

Re: [USA] ToysRUs LEGO Sale from November 11-17
Ran across this sale at the store today and had to laugh/gag. Some sale. Jabba's Palace marked up to 149.99, marked down 25%. I paid 86 for this set.

Re: [US/CA] LEGO Retiring Medieval Market Village + More
I'll go out on a limb and declare the aftermarket for Lego is drying up quickly. Death Star, MMV, Fire Brigade, Grand Emporium - these sets must be hoarded to death at this point. The sweet spot was the Cafe Corner/Green Grocer/ Taj Mahal/ Carousel/ UCS Millennium Falcon period. Sadly if Lego was tr...

Re: FS: Green Grocer 10185 600 shipped sealed
Yes I thought passing the cost savings to the buyer would help a sale off eBay, apparently not. This is why eBay is what it is, people pay more there and apparently enough more to make up for the commissions. Man I hate to pay them though. Bricklink is about 3% plus another 3% to paypal, so yeah its...

Re: FS: Green Grocer 10185 600 shipped sealed
Apparently not, yet people are still BINing sets on ebay for 625. Go figure. If I priced it too low I would be assumed a scammer. Go figure again.
FWIW, I'd do 550 shipped within the US. Thanks for the trade offer.

I'll buy this, but this isn't even in the ballpark of a decent MOC. It actually looks kind of amateurish to me, odd and sharp angles. Eh. But still I will buy it.

Yeah I checked throughout Phoenix, zilch. For 10 bucks would have been worth actually traveling to the Baseline corridor.

Hello
I have a sealed Green Grocer I am looking to sell. Asking below eBay prices for sealed clean boxed examples. 625 includes shipping within the lower 48 via the cut and tape method of priority mail boxes. Insurance is extra though.
Thanks

I actually wonder if the tier system won't be the reverse of what's intended, that is the best chances of winning will be those in the <20 category because most never come here that often or contribute. I have circa 55 posts and can't remember making most of them :)

FB is NOT in the new catalog, one supposed predictor of a sets demise.
