There's no comparison between those. The older is a great Helm's Deep army builder from the "original trilogy". The new set is a junky looking hobbit prequel set with less figs.

Kmart hasn't existed in Canada for close to 20 years. Zellers bought them out. ISears (US) is trying to sell its 51% stake in Sears Canada so don't expect them to be around much longer. In Canada only certain sets get the price bump at ToysRUs. Most don't. We already pay inflated prices at MSRP!
