Re: [USA] LEGO Superman Battle of Smallville on sale for $40

A week back Target has Lego Battle of Smallville for $42.99 with buy 3 get 15% off. That ends up being $36.54 each plus tax (7% where I"m from), but with red card it's 5% off, so net $37.10 after tax/red card.

Wonder how many Azog they gave away. Has to be in another set, that is way too cool to just give away and be done. $300-1000 on eBay for that thing. Crazy.

Maybe you should build toys with toys, not guns.

Re: [USA] Target Clearance Finds

Hit a few other Targets in the WI area - 70704 Vermin Vaporizer for $29.98! 9463 - $13.98, 31009 creator $17.48 (meh, with yoyo's sale), so hit and miss though, some 15% at one store, some 30% off. Never seen another Castle discount though, I think that one target that had it was a mistake.

Re: New Hobbit set for 2013

Nice set but not for $49.99. I'd say at $39-44 MSRP and then only at 15-20% off. Not many parts for a $50 set.

They'll release these in the future no doubt. They are just gauging interest for larger production runs.

Good rule to prevent pedos. I'm glad they refused him. He's old enough to know how to read.

Re: Lego Simpsons in 2014?

IF this is real, I don't see it doing well. I don't let my kids watch the Simpsons and I suspect a lot of other parents also don't, and quite frankly, the show has lost its appeal to me as an adult. I Simpsons is one of the best family shows around. They always do things as a family, they always co...

Re: [USA] Target Clearance Finds

Found one of the newly released castle sets, 70404 King's Castle, marked down 30%. I think the set looks mehhh. for a newly released set marked down that deep and the only one on the shelf, I couldn't walk away empty handed. tl;dr 30% off King's Castle, bought the last one. I found a 70404 castle a...
