I was able to find 5 Council of Elrond at 70%. Since I'm planning on building a MOC small city/garden for all my LOTR elves, I needed all of them. I was not really looking for them, they were just there on an end cap. So what can I say at that price! I could not resist. Now I got a lot of the buildi...
