Found the Chima: Razar's CHI Raider at the Framingham (MA) store at 75% off for $9.98. There were about 5-6 left. They are still marked at $19.98 but ring up at the lower amount.

Approximately 10-15 sets on sale at the Framingham MA store. I picked up 31006 Highway Speeder ($17), 60025 Grand Prix Truck ($21) and 31010 Treehouse ($21) for my son. Nothing was more than about 30% off from what I could see.
