Re: 21110 Research Institute on eBay from Target
There is a thread on the BrickSet forum about this. There someone suggested that when you can't check out, just keep hitting the back button and trying it again. Eventually the message will disappear and the order will stick. I didn't have the time to keep doing it, but there is someone on Brickset ...

Re: LEGO Black Friday 2013 VIP Early Access (USA & Canada)
It's a great deal, but why do they call it a Black Friday deal? Black Friday is not until the 29th!

Re: LEGO 70706 70707 70708 70709 Galaxy Squad Summer 2013 Pi
I'm so excited about these sets! I loved the first wave, and these are just more awesomeness! My favorite is the Orange Team as I love the orange-white combo and the Space Obliterator is just such a gorgeous ship! I have been working on customizing mine to perfection. :) I'm wondering if there is go...

Hm... that must have been a very short sale, as I'm looking at this the same evening this was posted and the list price is $67.21. So sad about this as I really want to get this set. I guess just need to be patient longer.

Re: [US/CA] LEGO Retiring Medieval Market Village + More
I find it odd that the FB or even the GE are not on the retiring soon list. I wonder if resellers have been artificially inflating the demand for these sets making TLG keep pumping them out. Of course, it's artificial to the resellers and their intent for ROI, but not artificial to TLG - sales are ...

Re: First photo of Minifigures Series 8
I thought the box for Series 8 supposed to be black. From the image of the pirate it seems to be green again. I'm not doubting it, I'm just surprized.

I'm so glad you guys are back up! It is still worrying though that your host can just suspend your account like that with no previous warning! I mean; if TNB has been getting too big for the server they should have let you know. Or was it some unusual spike? :???: Thank you everyone for your comfort...

Re: Microbuild LEGO Tournament 2012 Contest
Thanks! I think that clarifies most of the details; so it should be a mini-modular that would fit into the street-layout of the official mini-modulars. So, I assume that means it should be on an 8x8 plate? And with a hight of about 9-10 bricks? I don't own the mini-modulars, but it seems from the pi...

Re: Microbuild LEGO Tournament 2012 Contest
Great challenge! Thanks for running this! Just a few questions; 1. Does the mini-modular building has to fit into the current mini-modular line? Meaning; it has to be a contemporary city set? Or could it be a competely different theme? (Like the CUUSOO Western modulars project, or any other theme?) ...

Re: 2012 LEGO NinjaGo (January)
He-he...note that the seller is in Mexico and he doesn't know what he is selling. Probably stolen from the LEGO factory there? This seems to be a regular occurence both from the Mexican and the Chinese factories. :what?: The fig looks like Nya in the red samurai outfit. The helmet mask is missing th...

Re: 2012 LEGO NinjaGo (January)
NINJAGO is extremely popular with kids. It is currently one of LEGO's most popular lines, besides Star wars, of course. It's a pretty weird story; with ninjas riding monster machines and fighting skeletons, but some of the accessories, weapons, etc. are really sweet for adults as well. Actuall...

Re: 2012 LEGO NinjaGo (January)
Yes, the packets do look bigger. By same kind I simply meant that they are packets like what the Collectible Figs are in. Not necessarily the same size. Sorry if that was confusing! Okay...let's see which smilies should I use now... this one! I doubt the bags are the same size as the ...

Re: 2012 LEGO NinjaGo (January)
As far as I know these packets are not random. In otherwords all packets contain the same minifig/weapons/ cards. I could be wrong, but this is also the impression I got from the 2012 leaked images. Also, the already revealed preliminary price of $5 for the booster packs is a strong indication that ...

Re: 2012 LEGO NinjaGo (January)
The booster packs are small packets with a minfig, some weapons and card, but no spinner. They come in little packets like the Collectible Minifigs. The big box you see on the picture is the display box with bunch of the packets. If you click on the image to make it bigger you will see more clearly....

Re: 2012 LEGO NinjaGo (January) - More Pictures!
I have posted high resolution (legal) images of all the 1012 LEGO NINJAGO Spinners & Boosters packs. Interesting tidbit; the booster packs are in the same kinds of packaging as the Collectible Minifigures. ;-) (The NINJAGO packets are larger though to fit the cards and also the packets are NOT m...

Great contest, wonderful entries! Here are my votes! vysane - SpacePlaneOne - 1 point I'm glad someone took up the task of building the Virgin Galactic design! This is what I wanted to build myself, I just didn't have the parts. Virgin Galactics' shuttle is truly the next generation of space-travel!...
