Re: Jedi Bob has unnamed company?
Jedi Jimmy does have company according to some fans. The Hoth trooper who came in the 1st 2 snowspeeder sets was nicknamed Hoth Harry by some in the LEGO community due to his head, however his nickname isn't as widely accepted as Jimmy. http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100131010347/lego/image...

Re: Jedi Bob has unnamed company?
According to Brickpedia, TLG's new favorite pilot Zev Senesca is in the Advent Calender.
Also its Jedi Jimmy not Jedi Bob. He was mislabeled as Jedi Bob in the 1st run of the LEGO Star Wars Visual Dictionary, but this error was corrected in later editions.

Re: Target Ad 8/14-8/20 Lego on sale
Thanks for the info guys. I went into my local Target today planning on only getting the 2 OT battlepacks, but ended up getting one of each of the four battlepacks. I don't even watch the clone wars series, yet I just couldn't pass up the old battlepack prices.

Re: Target Ad 8/14-8/20 Lego on sale
Anyone know it the Hoth battlepacks are on sale for $10 too or just the Clone Wars ones? I checked online and didn't see the Hoth battlepacks on Targets website, but I know I've seen lots of them in stores as recent as last week.

They won't be unless they want Hasbro breathing down their neck for action figure licensing infringement again.Ice wrote:With 2 factions in a battlepack (and all the minifigures named in the set), I really hope LEGO is not just going to give us only the minifigures. :?

I might actually have to buy the new TIE Fighter and I haven't any Star Wars sets since Endor Bunker and Home One.

I was under the impression that the way they were selling them before was fine due to the magnet part. Good old Hasbro ruining everything.

Why would TLG ruin such a great thing by gluing them(aside from more profit)?

Re: Oringinal Trilogy Sets vs. Prequel Sets
My favorite are by far the original trilogy sets. I also prefer the non-clone wars prequel sets over the clone war sets.

Re: Should I get the motorized AT-AT or the AT-AT Walker?
i would consider picking up from amazon.com. it occasionally is offered as a gold box deal. and is sales tax free for most states. much better than 20 vip points. :) Thanks. I ended up think about that later anyway, as I remembered that I still had $20 in my account from some old video game trade-i...

Thanks for the response, GoN2Broadway. Your review has pushed me over the edge and I think I will pick up the motorized AT-AT next time I get the chance. Plus 20 extra VIP points is never a bad thing.

Personally, I couldn't care less about minifigs or resale value. For me it all comes down to whether or not an actual walking AT-AT is worth an extra $20.

I'm currently stuck in the same dilemma. I like the idea of a motorized AT-At, but I'm not sure if like it enough to pay an extra $20.

Disappointing. Looks like the 2011's lack of OT sets will give me a much needed chance to catch up and focus on this year's sets.

Re: Question about Power Function Bricks
I agree with vynsane. You might want to consider using LifeLites. I've yet to use them, but I know some people over at FBTB use them to light up their models. For example, Ace used them to light up the MIDI-scale Falcon.
