Technically this is illegal and dont be surprised if you get marked for asking for it. That said its all between the buyer and seller.

These went for .37$ last christmas during thier clearance. All the random ones I had found since then didnt ring up in targets system.

From my albeit limited experience with K-mart you cant really expect anything. Clearance is a store by store thing.
