I did read elsewhere some people were able to order online when promo began and before TRU raised prices so this could be a YMMV as that seems to happen regularly when sales start

Picked up 7286 Prisoner Transport for $9.98 (from $19.99) and 60018 Cement Mixer for $13.98 (from $19.99). Another thread here lists Garbage Truck for $10 from $20 so keep an eye out for these City sets. However this was only at 1 of 4 targets I visited.
