Selling Guide Ebook is live!

It's finally done! Thanks so much for all the feedback in the form of my initial survey, the cover photo, etc. I've been able to put together a tome that I feel is very well rounded and in-depth. Not only that but I intend to keep the book updated. You can also become part of the email list to get t...

Bricklink Seller's Guide almost here!

Remember back in January where I had that poll to find out what you needed to know most about selling LEGO to fund your hobby? Thankfully the book is almost done! It's being proofed right now even as I continue to add more information. Here's the cover as a teaser. I should have it all finished and ...

Re: Are you interested in selling on Bricklink / Brick Owl?

It seems I should have linked to a little more info. This is not just a guide to selling on Bricklink. This would also include acquisition, sorting, organizing, shipping, and how to optimize your profits. http://www.dagsbricks.com/2015/01/lego- ... l-all.html

Are you interested in selling on Bricklink / Brick Owl?

I'm interested in creating a guide for those who want to sell on Bricklink or Brick Owl. Or maybe you do sell but want to ramp up your business. I don't want to just write what I think you want to hear. If you are interested in a very comprehensive guide, I'd love to hear what you have to say. Expre...

Re: Scooby Doo 2014 LEGO Sets List (Rumor)

I had this assumption that TLG usually releases 7 sets in a first wave. Am I daft? Regardless, I suppose we'll get at least one polybag out of it as well.

Ace Brickman. And this... is different. Not the set name I would expect. But the architectural massing is very nice.

Building a Millenium Falcon 10179 for under $900 (w/S&H)

It seems all the rage now is to build a UCS Millenium Falcon by purchasing all the pieces on the secondary market. This could be a good idea but look at the costs. As of this writing a new Falcon will set you back around $3,000 while a used one can be had for around $1,500-$2,000 in varying conditio...

[Review] Emma's Flower Stand 30112

This post originally appeared on http://www.dagsbricks.com. I didn't intend to review this set but I plum ran out of other options. Like I mentioned a few weeks ago, I'm kind of tired of the roadside stand theme that the Friends line seems to have going on. But it's either take a look at this set or...

Re: Micro Sea Cow

Thank you all. I've submitted it to Cuusoo LEGO Ideas for kicks. At just under 60 pieces I think it's on the top end of typical polybag counts. They would reduce it, I'm sure. :-)
