Re: SDCC 2014 Official Press Release + LEGO SDCC Exclusive T

As soon as I seen this set I knew must has it. I get one purchase a year from SDCC (for, well, obvious reasons) and the total cost with priority shipping to Australia was $257 AUD. Very close to the massive Ewok Village I got the same week from Target's toy sale at $309. Limited runs make all the di...

Re: BrickLink sold

I'm not sure about this... For some reason I can see it quickly becoming FeeLink and as a result we'll no doubt have eBay esq postage prices.

"Oh really? Only $28.50 to ship a minifig torso to Australia?!"

New Ploybag: 5001121 BR LEGO Minifigure

Hi Guys... Not sure if this has been posted here yet. A new polybag? "Produced to celebrate 50 years of the Danish toy shop BR, which has branches across northern Europe." Strange... but kinda cool at the same time. http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NTgwWDY5MA==/z/4acAAMXQwKdRdlC~/$T2eC16h,!)8E9s4...

Re: Monthly Fee to Access Toys N Bricks Forum (Effective Apr

These prices... they are simply not high enough to cover the reality of large scale operation costs. I know this may repel some members, however, It's my personal opinion that they are reviewed. I offer the following suggestions: Value - $15 per month Platinum – $75 per month VIP First Class – $300 ...

Ninja Turtle Ploybags... is there any?

Up in here... my kids get sets... I get polybags/promos and thus far my collection is missing a turtle as the black SDCC was a little out of my price range.

Wondering if anyone knows if we'll be seeing any TMNT polybags in 2013?

Re: Are re-sellers bad human being?

Let say I want Town Plan which was retail for $150. Now it sold for $600, I mean who in their right mind would pay that much? Even if I was a millionaire I wouldn't pay that much. I wouldn't either :P However, that puts us in a safe position. We've saved money simply by not spending it. I guess all...

Don't know much about this yet... seems to have been made available in the US. Kinda coincides with Hobbit release. No info on numbers.

Re: Are re-sellers bad human being?

So who do you turn to when Lego ends a line and retailers no longer carry what you're wanting? What about those eBay guys who run .99c auctions only to see, what you think is worth $10, bid up by other customers to $45.00? After retailers stop carrying a particular item, it's supply v demand. Like a...
