Shop at home says the train offer is on. But when I test it by adding a $199 set, I don't see the train added. Is the banner on Shop at Home showing up too soon?

Do you guys know if I do Store pick-up, I would be able to get the Bricktober free set? I hate the random price discrepancy between online and b&m stores. Many stores are also built like a Faraday cage so trying to compare online prices while in the store is such a pain.

The Lego Store (Beachwood/Cleveland) is releasing them today as scheduled. The review at Eurobricks is spot on about the availability of figures in each case. Saw them at a Target in Fremont, CA. They seem to have been picked through. I found all figures except the tiki mask guy, and the girl with a pretzel. The same target has a set of black gate and 3 sets of ghost train on clearance as well.

Mine only has the Black Gate on clearance. And the regular clearance was over a couple of weeks ago. The other sets mentioned are just price cut. However, the Pirate Ship is still at full price.

Just bought the Jedi set in-store. It works. I also bought Cars Big Bentley Bust Out 8639 for ~$42 after 15% discount. I had to make sure this was discounted because when I scanned it, it says it's on promo. This seems like a good deal for a >740 piece set.

Is the Iron man poly figure exclusive? I looked at it and it seems identical to the one from Loki's Cosmic Cube.

I would agree it's kinda a boring set, but as a lot of builders here do, we also buy sets for bricks.

Got Target to price match, plus 5% red card discount. The first Target I went to said they don't price match till the holiday season, but that was just wrong, and I didn't feel like arguing given the line behind me. The 2nd Target had a bunch of young boys as cashier/supervisor. They checked the ads...

I got the same 2 email just now. And no Pirate in the list. I called them and they said they are sold out. I said I could even wait till they get stock to ship me, she said it's only while supplies last. Too bad. I might return an item I added just to go over $99.
