Opening a credit card is fine, just not the Amazon Visa! Go for say the Southwest Visa and get your free 50k points, which will get you $500 in Amazon gift cards.

I scored a 20% off last year. It stacked with the other discounts. I think you have about a 1 in 10 chance of the 20% off and 1 in 100 for the 50%.

My orders say shipping 10/9. I'm sure they will all get cancelled but it was worth a shot. If they had them in stock then why wait until the 9th to ship them lol.

I can't see Lego doing a "GUNS" building. Even if they do decide to do a whole line of these buildings the mods made by TLG would pale in comparison to the original. I say no way TLG invests that kind of money on this project - sorry guys. Maybe they should follow the models adopted by oth...

Tip from buying off Amazon - only purchase when the orders are to be fulfilled by Amazon. Never ever purchase from third party resellers....that is what ebay is for with much better protections in place. Best bet is to dispute via your credit card bank.

I snagged some coupons around 11.15 am PST today....went back for more this afternoon and it appears they removed the deal. Only time will tell if they bring it back (doubtful). Apparently there was one attached to the back of last weeks mailer if you have one handy.

All my orders with this merchant were cancelled. Looks like they shut it down when the coupons were leaked to the popular deal sites. On to bigger and better things.

Unfortunately the Lighthouse is no longer coupon eligible...I was just about to purchase it :(

LOL they also cancelled the Podracers as expected. Next time....
