Re: The LEGO Batman Movie Premiere - Wearable LEGO Art Jacke

Nathan Sawaya did something similar for Ashley Eckstein (Her Universe founder and voice of Ahsoka Tano) earlier this year - a beautiful Ahsoka Tano LEGO dress:

Re: [US/CA] 2016 LEGO Black Friday/Brick Friday Sales & Offe

I'm kind of pissed as a friend and I were waiting for the sale and both went to bed at 12:30 Eastern... where they hadn't really added anything. I would have gotten Wall-e had it been in stock. And he might have wanted the Pet Shop. Pet Shop seems to be in stock right now if your friend still wants...

Re: Massive Target.com Sale

I have to admit, I'm struggling about waiting for the new Batman sets vs. picking up some of these. My son wants Doc Ock's Mech for Christmas, though, and I see I'll have to return the Dr. Strange set I picked up for full price. Thanks for the heads-up!

Re: 50% off Ninjago

I believe the person I spoke to on Saturday to place my order was Mike, if that's helpful. My set arrived yesterday, too. The box was a little damaged on the back but the seals were all tight - quite happy to have this set for Christmas for such a great price! (The ornament was included, too, which ...

Re: October 2016 LEGO Shop Offers: Free Holiday Calendar & D

I've received one, it's 4 pouches of parts roughly sorted by size of parts, and 2 instruction booklets that are broken up into 24 different builds. You'll almost definitely have to deconstruct some builds to create others. Still cute, but it's definitely not a typical advent calendar. Great, thanks...

Re: October 2016 LEGO Shop Offers: Free Holiday Calendar & D

Build a new festive model every day during December, with 24 models featuring a winter or Christmas theme. Hours of fun await in building, taking apart and rebuilding all of these different models. Use the included instructions to build the first model on December 1, then on the next day take your ...

Re: October 2016 LEGO Shop Offers: Free Holiday Calendar & D

Regarding the holiday countdown calendar, I'm a little unclear whether this is similar to the advent calendars, in that there is a separate little set per day to build, or whether this is a small selection of bricks with 24 different projects - with the same set of bricks meant to be used and re-use...

Re: Massive Target.com Sale

I think the Spider-man set is the best - can't have too much Carnage and Miles Morales Spider-man. We have a heavily played with one at home already, so I picked up an extra. I've never been all that excited by LEGO Minecraft, but my son informed me that his cousin wanted The End Portal, oh, and by ...

Re: Question for Resellers - How do you ship the Death Star?

At least he likes Avatar, he has good taste. Megabloks has all the Nick Toon shows now. I agree - it could be much worse. It's funny you have all these ideas of what your kid is going to like - only to be completely shocked that s/he has a mind of his/her own. :-D Then again, I remember when I was ...

Re: Question for Resellers - How do you ship the Death Star?

You should use a shipping method where a signature is required. Not a bad idea to take lots of pictures of how it is packed and condition before shipping. Yes, I agree - I did both. Ever since I had that chargeback filed on the sale of my Super Star Destroyer (which, again, I bought during the Targ...
