Looks the site has already disappeared too. Best to always buy from trusted sites only.

Rock Hill! Sounds like a quiet town. If could live anywhere in the USA, SC&NC have always been on my short list.

I'd be more likely to go with one of the other knock brands just because they're compatible.

Re: Food for Legos

The LEGO minifig ice cubes are pretty cool. Also you can cook food in blue, red, and yellow. Blue drinks, red salads and yellow cheesy pasta.

I will not share with you.

But serious building collaborations usually means each builder build a portion of a MOC not that go over dump their LEGO into a big pile and have a go at.

Re: Too old for Lego?

All depends on what you do with them. I would say you're too old to talk them too bathtub but maybe not too old for the swimming pool with a power functions boat. :D

Re: 63 year old AFOL denied entry into Legoland at Vaughan M

Is it weird when he said this was lifelong dream that he only had, "He now has around 75 sets, comprising about 50,000 pieces of Lego." I think my last MOC was close that. That being said it be cool if Lego Discovery Centre would have rented a limo and given him the VIP treatment th...

Re: Why no LEGO city zoo ?

Yeah I've been barking up this tree with Lego for almost a decade now. They finally started making new animals and they did the zoo theme with Duplo, but still no City Zoo. I told them they could even follow up with a Safari Theme and use the same molds.

Re: Is this a good start to Lego?

Yep some nice choice sets. Over the next few weeks/months you'll want to decide if you want to mainly collect, build sets, or buy Lego and design your own sets.

Re: Will the Cars Theme hold Value ? Should I sell ?

In about 15- 30 years you'll have a bunch of AFOLs that where in love with "Cars" as a kid and want to relive the memories. Not sure if it's worth waiting that long. :/

No but they should. They could post polls on their website asking which 1 of these 5 models would you buy if it was “rereleased”. 1978 Yellow Castle is what I’d want.

Wow $900,000 on his ebay and PayPal accounts. Seriously he was pretty close to being about to retire and live off the interest! Oh well all it takes is one clerk to notice somethings not right.
