Is that a Green Futuron Fig in the LEGO Store? I will purchase the set just for that!

Re: [REVIEW] Collectible Minifigures Series 5

The lumberjack. I love this guy. I mean, what's not to like. The baseball cap with a beaver on it, the flannel shirt, the axe. As a Canadian part of me thinks I should be offended by this for some reason, but I'm not. Finally an axe that isn't completely black. To paraphrase Crocodile Dundee "...

Re: [CAN] ToysRUs BOGO 50% off ALL LEGO Atlantis, City, King

Dagnabbit! Tried to order 2 Medeivel Villages but it limits ordering this item to 1 per order. And there's no big castles left in stock to take advantage of the 50% off.

Does the lack of stock on the big ticket items feel on purpose to anyone? ;)

Re: LEGO 8805 Collectible Minifigures Series 5

I think we'll find that the Blue packages they showed there were made solely for the Toy Fair shows and the real packages haven't been finished/designed/manufactured yet. We'll likely get a completely different colour. These look like paper not foil ... hoping for purple! I can't see them skipping r...

Re: 2011 LEGO Kingdoms

These new Kingdoms sets are great. I love how they are displaying them on the printed bases. Very excited for the chickens, I've always wanted those. Love all the colours and prints for the pigs and horses. Are those a bunch of new weapons in the blacksmith shop? New axe and sword, among others thin...

Re: LEGO 8805 Collectible Minifigures Series 5

Wohoooo! Lumberjack :) Been waiting for that one! I believe that's a beaver on his hat ... the fitness guru is SO Madonna "Hung Up" -- will sit next to the Pop Star (Kylie?) ... Cleopatra and the Cavewoman are amazing. Won't be hard to feel for Cleopatra with that dress piece. Great series...

Re: 2011 LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean

These are gorgeous! Great even for adding to a Castle collection ... Love the new Mermaid bottoms - much more usefull than the ones that can't stand/sit up on their own. Love the fountain of youth set especially ... *edit* I see the Keira Knightly hair is the same as the hair LEGO Creative Director,...

Why do I feel that the Mill might be $70-80 here
Because LEGO is pricey in canada?
Which is why we cross-border shop, those who can ... ;)

Newish Member from Toronto

Hey all! Finally getting around to de-lurking and introducing myself. I'm a Lego fan who lives in downtown Toronto. Mostly into the "period" Lego, Castle especially, Ninja and Harry Potter ... been loving the Collectible Minifigs since they've started. Came out of my dark period in '98 wit...

Re: LEGO® Minifigure 2GB USB Flash Drive

I have been waiting for Lego to make one of these .. 2GB though? Not that useful but the coolness factor outweighs the smallish storage size. Wonder if I could transplant an 8 or 16 GB into it?

Ordered.

Re: LEGO 8803 Collectable Minifigures Series 3 Availability

Found these here at my local Walmart in Toronto, ON ... didn't find it too hard to read the dots but out of 4 boxes only 3 elves were left -- better than nothing! I find that the dots aren't always in the 'right' place (some or stamped higher or lower than others), but they're always in the right pl...
