Found some Ninja Turtle Sets at 70% off at Target in Pueblo, CO, including 79101 Shredders Dragon Bike, 79103 Turtle Lair Attack and 79104 Shellraiser Street Chase. Found the following on clearance at Kmart here in Colorado:

Crazy Scientist and His Monster $18.50
Gandalf Arrives $5
Captain America's Avenging Cycle $5

Price Includes the 50 percent off clearance Kmart is holding this week. As others have found, other LOTR sets were on sale, but not clearance.

In Colorado, similar deals to those above, though results were pretty variable, one store had most of the items others have found, another across town had no lego clearance at all. At 3 stores, found zero ninjago sets, they must have sold well. Did find nearly a full case of Series 8 minifigs for $1...

Also saw new markdowns today, most remaining HP stuff (Hogwarts, Bus, etc) was 30 percent off. Black Pearl was down to $75 and QAR was $89. Advent Calendar still ~$20

Hit 3 different Wal-Marts, in addition to the above, found Mace Windu's Starfighter, Plo Koon's Starfighter, Kingdoms Mill Village Raid and HP Burrow all half price.

Pueblo, CO Target, found and bought 2 Black Pearls at 49.98 each. Both had the usual red Target clearance price stickers.
