I looked online at 10:30 pm Mountain time (12:30am eastern) and it was not on sale yet. Then I looked again at 5:30 mountain time (7:30 eastern) and it was on sale but already out of stock. I agree. I wish they would have made it bigger. Should be proportinonally bigger than Olivia's House. According to brickset, it will be $50 US.
