Potential deal if we get the votes

Hey guys

My friends told me this site where you can vote on things and potentially get discount on this.

Buying from Ebay

Anybody has bought LEGO from ebay?
Is it safe to do it?

And about the custom import/duties, If I buy from a US seller, will I be charged any import fee?
Am I just paying the shipping only?

I am in Canada. If I order LEGOs from BN.com, do I have to pay the Custom/import duties for legos? or I just have to pay shipping?
