All you have to do is purchase a Daily Mirror Newspaper starting next saturday October 23 and you can get a different mini LEGO set each day shown below. There are 10 FREE toys according to the ad but there are only 9 LEGO sets shown. We would assume that the 10th item may be a box, sticker or something else.
