After a year of entry into the Canadian market, Target has been pretty disappointing compared to its stores in America, as evident with its $1 billion in losses last year. Hopefully with their new president, they’ll be able to make a comeback as their stores are indeed quite nice. The actual shopping experience is no doubt better than Wal-Mart, but they seriously need to address their logistics/supply chain management problem as their shelves are empty on a regular basis.
They do however have quite a bit of good storewide sales going on this week in celebration of their 1 year anniversary from June 20-26.
