If you cannot reach LEGO Shop at Home Customer Service, please be aware that they are not ignoring you. After a heavy storm in Connecticut, electricity has been down. The State’s goal is to restore power by midnight Sunday, but that goal may not be reached. LEGO Customer Service Center (for USA and Canada) is located in Connecticut. As a result, they can’t answer your emails or phone calls at this point in time. Your order will still go through online so you do not need to worry about that.
