Several of the LEGO Hobbit sets including 79018 The Lonely Mountain, 79012 The Mirkwood Army and 79014 Dol Guldur Battle are now listed as “Sold Out”. These sets could potentially be retired or LEGO could have just depleted its stock. If you are planning on getting one of these sets for Christmas, Amazon still has them instock.
In addition, it appears that Amazon also has LEGO Lord of the Rings 10237 Tower of Orthanc instock still. This set has been listed as sold out for quite some time so it can possible be the last time that you have the chance to purchase it at retail price. Thanks to forum member StClair for the news.
