Forum member Transformers2 informs us that HighLife Shop has the airline promotional exclusive LEGO City 7696 Private Jet available for sale. (Via Brickset) Unforunately, its only available in the UK and is sold out at the moment. You may however be able to purchase this set on board British Airways.
If your not in the UK or not planning on a plane ride anytime soon or just think that £15 is a bit steep, you can download the instructions at LEGO.com and try to build it yourself.
