A new 2011 LEGO Cars promotional polybag set has been revealed from LEGO Instruction’s Download page. (via Brickset) Like all other promotional sets, LEGO 30131 Jack Sparrow in Boat should be available in the future at either ToysRUs, Target, or Wal-Mart in USA. For UK, it may be available later on in the Daily Mirror Newspaper.
