Update: This deal seems too good to be true so these character minifigures may only be in-game. We can only hope that these are actual physical minifigures, but the chances of that would be quite slim.
EB Games Australia has once again put up another exclusive offer when you pre-order the upcoming LEGO Batman 2 Video Game. In addition to the Power Armor Lex minifigure, you can also now get these 5 LEGO Villain Minfigures. However, note that the bonus villain minifigures are only when you pre-order the game in the Xbox360 or Playstation 3 platforms.
