A bit overpriced, especially price per piece.

Looks great though, I'm in.

It looks great, but I think two UCS sets in one year is a too much, especially in conjunction with the Haunted House and whatever Winter Village set might or might not be forthcoming.

It's definately overpriced and boring looking. Doesn't mean I won't buy it though.

I think it looks awesome, though more of a SNOT look would have been nicer... I'm a lot happier with this one than with Obi-Wan's Starfighter.

it LOOKS to be minifig scale, but does anyone know 100%?

The designer stated in the video that he looked at the shape of the cockpit to set the scale, since he wasn't doing it to minifig scale.

Lots of different and perhaps new elements but is it worth the price? The UCS theme requires some innovation

It does seem overpriced (as do all Star Wars sets these days) but I'll probably pick one up when I go to BrickCon, assuming it's available October 1st.

I actually held this model in my hands today at Brick Fiesta! Very impressive, and its much larger than it seems in the picture. Looks almost like a studio-scale model. Will buy!

This is huge. It looks awesome. Too bad my money has to go to Haunted House.

Finally TLG designer has found the solution to combine two plates back to back, which could solve the problem at 8096 Emperor Palpatine's Shuttle. At the end of the video, he introduced with a new piece, 2X2 modified plate, and demonstrated how to put two plates together.

They label it as an "Exclusive" too.

It looks a lot better than the shuttle and the jedi fighter.

It looks good, but is overpriced and no minifigures. It would be nice to have some exclusive minifigures just for this set. Doesn't have to fit into the cockpit.

If they did include minifigs, then people would complain that they did since it would make the price go up. ;-)

At around €190 a few figures won't add to the price, only the perceived value. The 10-20 euro sets normally have 2 to 5 figures.

FBTB posted a time lapse of the B-Wing being built I thought it was pretty cool. I never really thought much of the B-Wing from the movies but this UCS does look very detailed.

I have no desire on this one. Super-Boring.
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

I am on the fence about it....It looks cool...but it isn't iconic enough.

Having collected all the alliance starfighters but B-Wing, I was gonna get it until I found out the cockpit may not fit a mini figure, which is a deal breaker for me. I'll wait until another B-Wing is released with a mini figure included.
