the promotions did not work last night at 1205am ish and did not work right now (10pm). Did you do anything special to get the tc14 in the shopping cart?

Very interesting. Why are there 3 lines for R2-D2? R2-D2 should be #10225, not #5001166. Seems like the site messed up and labeled it as #5001166.

From the looks of it, 5001166 will be a R2-D2, 5001162 a poster and 10225 as an unknown item (poster, another r2-d2 or just nothing?). Would be kinda sweet to get 2 R2-D2s for the price of 1!

Hi, so are you saying that anybody who orders the R2D2 now gets the may 4th promotion in advance? Or is this a Canada only thing? Or some random people will get it and others not?

Anyone. This coming from a customer service rep. on the 800 number. I placed an order for regular Star Wars sets and it didn't appear. When I called to cancel, I told her it was because the TC-14 wasn't apoearing in my order. She said " It is only appearing right now if you order the R2D2. It is a highly anticipated set." After a few minutes on hold though, she was able to add it to my order, but it will ship seperately.

I thought the R2-D2 minifigure was include in the set, not as a separate bonus item. But if they do put the minifigure in a polybag or something, I wouldn't complain. :)
