So-does the tiger lady in the new Collectible Minifigs count as an animal suit? Or does it need to have an over the body piece to be considered?

I was wondering the same thing. I noticed one review mentioned her as an animal suit/costume minifig. Maybe it was Whitefang from Eurobricks?

The Tiger Lady is an actual Tiger Lady so not a costume haha. The only one in a costume is the Skeleton Guy. The closest we have from this wave that's almost wearing a costume is the Man Eating Plant minifig, cause you get that head piece and there's an actual human inside lol.
