I found Bart, Homer Level Pack, Emmet, and Unikitty all $4.

Off topic, I found SW Titanium Black vehicles including Death Star for $4 which is a great deal.

Dollarama in South Airdrie (by WalMart) had The Simpson's Level Pack and Unikitty and Emmett Fun packs last night...$4 each.
