Piece Count: 64
Minifigs: 2
Price: $24.99 CAD
I've always wanted a Lego bath toy so I bought this pleasure fishing boat.
THE BOX:
The box is not that big. It has pretty photos of the product in the front and back.
The back shows the features of the fishing boat.
INSIDE THE BOX:
Inside the box contains 1 plastic bags of parts, 1 sticker sheet, 1 one piece hull and 1 instruction booket.
THE BUILD:
It does say "Designed for easy build" right on the box. Instructions were easy to follow.
PARTS:
You get a one piece hull and a shark with this set. Unfortunately, the hull sinks pretty low when put into water.
Extra pieces.

Playability: 7/10 (it barely floats but the shark is lots of fun)

Price: 7/10 (kind of pricey for 64 pieces)
Parts: 8/10 (you get a shark)

Father and son fishing trip.
Careful, Timmy. Don't fall into the water.

Re: [REVIEW] 4642 Fishing Boat
Great review! The boat looks great, I really like the design of it. I still think this set is very over priced at $24.99 Canadian.
Re: [REVIEW] 4642 Fishing Boat
Thank you for pointing out in the review that it barely floats. That's an important detail for me, and makes me think twice about getting this. Any advice on how well the other current Lego boats perform at sea? I have the fire boat and I'm pretty satisfied with that. But I'd been looking at the fishing boat or speed boat to keep it company in the pool.
Re: [REVIEW] 4642 Fishing Boat
How does this compare to 4011 Cabin Cruiser? I had that one as a kid and it was hours of bath-time fun. They look similar to me but would you say one is better than the other?
