Yes, its similar to BN. You need to be a LEGO VIP points member before you can start collecting points. Its free to register and you get 1 point for every dollar spent. For every 100 points, you can get $5 off.

There are also a couple deals advertised in the VIP section (double points on some PoTC combo packs) that don't seem to be working either. I add them to my cart and it tells me I'll earn 0 VIP points rather than double.
