Saw Hogwarts for 149.99(iirc) at my local Borders. If you have a 33% off coupon and the gold membership for the extra 10% after coupon that is only 90.44. Add in tax but if you are less than 10% it beats the Amazon deal.

TRU had an online B2G1 sale (during November?) which made this ((2*$150)+tax)/3 = $108.50 each. But most people don't need 3 of these.

But I've "lost" if $103.49 could have been scored. (Today, it's sells above MSRP on Amazon.) (I "lose" to myself if better deals come up within 6 or so months.) My Borders never has big sets (or anything desirable), so I never lose to that.

I received the Hogwarts Castle set I ordered the other day.
It was shipped straight from Amazon return center in KY and the shipping box has LEGO logo, which I found unusual.
Sigh, the LEGO set looks really beat up like a return item.
I'd rather pay a couple of dollars more to have a set with the shiny new box.

I also ordered a Castle at the $105 no tax (sweet!) price myself. Received it yesterday in an Amazon box. Perfect condition (other than them being stupid and 'taping' the buyers order on the box.. left a nice little tear on the box taking it off.. ) Other than that it is in perfect shape.

I did receive the Imperial Shuttle as well the other day which had some of the tape flaps messed up, but otherwise box was in good shape.. I just always fear missing pieces when a tape flap is broken/missing.

This is one reason I'm not a super-fan of Amazon... half the time its a brand new item, half the time it's a returned item that looks like it went through a night of Monday Night Raw... and you have no way of knowing other than to roll the dice....

I got my Hogwarts Castle today and it came in perfect condition. No beat up box this time...but sometimes I have gotten my lego boxes beaten up. I have had better experience with fedex...but amazon always ship with UPS.
