I think you can combine more than 1 set to reach $50 since in the picture it shows some sets that are below $50.

You realize what this means for series 3 minifigures?

$3.99 x 13 = $51.87

$51.87 x .25 = $12.97 off

$51.87 - $12.97 = $38.90

$38.90 / 13 = $2.99

Decent for a Series 3... compared to what they currently are.

Yeah I know! That's why I'm stoked about this battlepack set. I'm not sure if this particular set is based off those Mandalorian's who were part of Death Watch because I don't see the decals on these figures from the pictures. That's perfectly fine though. Ever since they did the new version of Boba, which I just got, i've been wanting them to redo Jango since he was originally rare. I actually have that rare Jango set he came in. I opened it for just the figure though.. him and young Boba. In any case, this would be perfect for people who want to take one of these Mandalorians and put them in the Jango Fett Slave I.

Epic Failure at TRU with this coupon. Here's what happened.

30 minutes of debating with my buddy on should I sort through the 2 opened boxes or guarantee us two sets by buying the 3rd sealed box. Reluctant to spend over 200 for a box that only consists of 2 sets and trying to pawn off the rest I decided to try my luck at getting 13 unique packs which would warrant me a free Stormtrooper/speeder AND 25% off. So I do all that.. get to the register and DENiED. Not only did they tell me that the free stormtrooper is ONLY given away with a purchase of a 30 dollar or more SINGLE set, but the 25% ONLY applied to sets that are 50 OR above.

Yes, you heard that right. My total busted 50 bucks and she denied me 25% off the total lego purchase. Obviously some of those sets on the coupon are under 50 , but i thought of that halfway home. I did NOT purchase any of the figures. I stuck with my guns and decided not to spend 3.99 per figure.

So I hope some of you have some luck either tonight OR tomorrow if you decide to build up to 50 bucks and if they let you get 25% off but i unfortunately had no luck.

Oh well I guess.

I am going to attempt to find the Republic Attack Shuttle since I missed out on the Walmart deal last week. If that is my singular purchase TRU $62.99-15.74=$47.25. I know its only 15% off the original price but I can't find this set anymore.

Im a bit surprised the Solar sailor dropped even more than the 47-something I got it for last month, I haven't opened it yet...

In retrospect I should have had her scan the barcode on the coupon to see if it would have done a discount or not.

I'm with you. I took the wording to mean "any LEGO construction purchase of $50 or more" and not "any LEGO construction SET of $50 or more".

Oh and one more thing. The clerk insisted that I needed to buy a Lego CONSTRUCTiON set. Meaning HER view was that it needed to be some sorta city themed construction worker lego set. I told her that the minifigures were construction sets because you still had to build the figures. She chuckled.

I think the word "construction" is to help distinguish lego building elements from say a lego plushie, backpack, radio, watch, or video game.

You could appeal to management or someone on wednesday (or at least find a different clerk) since the sale is still in effect.
