Badshahi Mosque
Built for the “Historical Build” category of the 2016 MOCathalon over on MOCpages. I chose to do part of a Persian style building, the Badshahi Mosque. Getting the patterns to looks similar to the real mosque was pretty difficult, but in the end I’m satisfied with the result.

I really loved it.
Do you have instructions for this design?
Did you have hard time to get all the parts needed for this design?

Thank you, glad you like it! I don't have instructions for it, it was all by trial and error And I only used parts that I had on hand, so it wasn't a problemAbuTaleb wrote:I really loved it.

Thank you! I don't plan on completing a market scene, at least not in the near future. Unfortunately this is no longer together, so I can't give much as far as design tips or anything, but I can say it used a lot of 1x1 brick modified with stud, jumper plates, brackets, and 1x2 tiles to achieve all the patterns in the walls. I hope this was helpful, if not, let me know and I'll try my best to answer any further questionsBrickred wrote:Beautifully detailed! Are you going to complete a market scene ?
