Featured Poll: October 11-17
This week's question is related to our forums. Are you a "hidden" user? In otherwords, do you select "remain hidden" when signing into our forums? If you do, we're curious and would like to know why. For those that do not know, hidden forum members will not be visible to other users and guests other than admins and moderators. As usual, comments and suggestions are more than welcome.
Do you like to remain "hidden" when browsing our forums?

I wasn't. I logged back on as hidden and I don't see any difference from where I am.
EDIT: Update. I don't see "Online" next to my minifig now.
I think I like the "ninja" mode. :D

Not sure the point of hidden.
If you post while you are hidden, we know you are online, since your post don't generate themselves.
I have inoperable cancer and am unable to work. Any gifts would be appreciated. Thank you!

As stated above, it makes people feel like a ninja, striking from the shadows ;)

On a minor league hockey board I moderate/mini-admin, I remain hidden. I find if you're a little higher up in the community, people want to always ask questions. Sometimes I like to jump in & out without being noticed. On here, where I have more questions than answers I don't really care.
Disclosure of location should be required when listing your finds!

I guess with the hidden feature, people won't know you're browsing a forum:

Nope, guests are unauthenticated visitors, those who aren't logged in (either because they haven't yet, or they don't have a user profile). Hidden forum members don't show up at all when authenticated and set to hidden. Well, that's not totally true... I can see them... :P
