Toys R Us is pretty shameless with raising the prices...That board game in no way reflects a $40 price listing. They mess up the prices so much sometimes it makes me not want to shop there.

*sigh* True story. It just happens to be MUCH closer to me than a LEGO store...Darn them. My particular one is really bad...I know its hard to keep a toy store in order since your main clients are children but the LEGO aisle might as well be all of the sets thrown in a pile.

With the sale price, I guess $2 mark up is ok. But at regular price... its a different story.ncbarrett wrote:I agree, But yet...legitimatealex wrote:Toys R Us is pretty shameless with raising the prices...That board game in no way reflects a $40 price listing. I'm very excited to see these sets coming out - I think the Character images we've been getting look great, and I'm excited to see where the line goes :)

I don't like to double post but I want to point out that the LEGO Harry Potter Board Game '3862 Harry Potter Hogwarts' is now on sale from LEGO.com for $30. 333 pieces. Not a bad price.
