Marvel super heroes are assembling for an action-packed, brick-smashing good time! Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games, The LEGO Group and Marvel Entertainment announced today that “LEGO Marvel Super Heroes” will be available beginning Fall 2013 for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, the Wii U system and Windows PC, as well as the Nintendo DS handheld system, Nintendo 3DS handheld system and PlayStation Vita handheld entertainment system. “LEGO Marvel Super Heroes” is the first instalment in the highly successful LEGO videogame franchise to feature famous Marvel characters.

Like the Lone Rangers polybag sets, you build almost nothing at all here. Though, that tiny Quinjet does look neat. The best part? Its a cheap and easy way to get the LEGO Ironman minifigure in this small polybag set. Thanks to Flickr User motayan for the picture.

The LEGO Lone Ranger 2013 Polybags have been revealed, courtesy of Flickr User motayan. LEGO Tonto’s Campfire 30261 and LEGO Lone Ranger’s Pump Car 30260 will both contain one minifigure. Unforunately, it seems like LEGO is only trying to sell the minifigure in polybag sets these days as you barley build anything.

Forum member UnknownUser informs us that two new LEGO Star Wars 2013 sets has been confirmed. A poster will also be included for both sets. Available June 2013. Box sizes are 480 x 378 x 71 mm.
- LEGO 75020 Jabba’s Sail Barge (2013 Summer) – 6 minifigures including Jabba, Luke Skywalker, R2-D2, Slave Princess Leia, Shahan Alama? and Max Rebo?
- LEGO 75021 Republic Gunship (2013 Summer) – 7 minifigures including 2 Super Battle Droids, Anakin Skywalker
The sets look much more smaller and simpler than previous versions. Hopefully, they’ll add more when the product is finalized as these remakes don’t look to be that much better.

Kez writes in to inform us that of a new LEGO Star Wars 2013 set – 75014 The Battle of Hoth. This set contains 7 minifigures including a Tauntaun and a Probe Droid This set doesn’t seem too new as its just basically combining (with some modifications) 8084 Snowtrooper Battle Pack, 7749 Echo Base and taking the Snowspeeder from 8089 Wampa Cave. As reported over at Hoth Bricks, these images are taken from the Russian retailer exoforce.ru.

Missed out picking the mini LEGO Tie Fighter 8028 set? Forum member brickmont13 reports that the set is now making its way back to Toys R Us stores again. Price is $4.99. Seems like they’ve repackaged it with the standard Darth Maul box art (instead of the old Darth Vader and Clone Trooper box art).

As reported over at Smashing Bricks, new LEGO DK Books will be coming out in 2013 (thanks anthonyj8) including a new line known as LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles. Available August 2013. This book will talk mainly about the Jedi Master Yoda and his battles, training and adventures. A new exclusive LEGO Star Wars minifigure will also be included in this book. I’m guessing a special edition version of Yoda.

In addition, DK will also be releasing a new character Encyclopedia. This time, its the LEGO Minifigures Character Encyclopedia. Available May 2013. Facts and information will be provided for every single LEGO Collectable Minifigure from Series 1 to Series 10 (total of 160 minifigures). Price will be $18.99 USD and will contain 208 pages. As always, it will also include an exclusive LEGO minifigure.
