Update: Hillel has added a new post with the box distribution of the minifigures as well as look at each figure.
Scheduled to be released in January, it looks like these minifigures had been out already! Hillel from BrickPop contacts us with news that his local Fred Myer in Seeatle, WA now has the LEGO 8803 Collectable Minifigures Series 3 instock. If you have a Fred Myer in your area, check your local store to see if they have them.
