A new LEGO Store is opening in Elmhurst, New York at Queens Center! The grand opening celebration runs from July 9-11. During the celebration, you can help master model builders build a 8-ft tall R2-D2 from LEGO pieces. 

Be the first 300 customers to spend $35 at the LEGO Store and you’ll receive an exclusive LEGO subway car set on Saturday. On Sunday, you can get a limited edition LEGO Minifigure T-Shirt!

The flagship LEGO Store in America will soon be opening in New York City at Rockefeller Center! The grand opening celebration runs from June 29 – July 1st and will be a outdoor event. During the celebration, you can help master model builders build a 15-foot apple from LEGO pieces.

Be the first 500 customers to spend $35 at the LEGO Store and you’ll receive either a child size T-shirt on tuesday and wednesday. On thursday, you can get a limited edition apple set.  Thanks to forum member vynsane for the news.

LEGO is continuing their Canadian tour with the LEGO World of Transportion Exhibition.  The LEGO exhibition features amazing LEGO models including Historic Titanic, Transcontinental Railway and much more ! If you missed out when it was in British Columbia and Ontario, this may be your last chance. This time, the location is at Nova Scotia’s Discovery Centre.

Child Admission is FREE if you bring the Jan-Feb issue of the LEGO magazine and accompanied with a paying adult.
