Lego Series 8 Minifigures (8833) – Available September 2012

This was posted a few weeks ago, but if you haven’t heard yet, LEGO will be continuing on with more LEGO Series Minifigures. An Australia Toy Site has listed LEGO Minifigures 8833 Series 8 Minifigures with an availability date of September 14, 2012. (thanks UnknownUser)

You can start speculating what these minifigures will be in our forums. But really, I think LEGO is pumping these minifigures out way too fast. Let’s hope we don’t get more Skate/Snow/Surf boarders in the LEGO Series 8 Minifigures!

[USA] LEGO Star Wars 2012 – Now at Meijer

Can’t wait to get the 2012 LEGO Star Wars sets? If you have a Meijer in your state, then you may be able to get them early! Forum member sweener reports finding the new LEGO Star Wars 2012 sets including the Planet Ones at his local Meijer. He also reports finding some new LEGO Ninjago and Friends sets.

*For those that do not know, Meijer is a retailer with stores in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky.

LEGO 10224 Town Hall Pictures Revealed

Eurobricks is reporting that a Romania Toy Shop has revealed first pictures of the next 2012 LEGO Modular Building: 10224 Town Hall. Contains 2766 pieces and 7 minifigures. Thanks to everyone who notified us with the news.

Looks pretty tall and a great addition to your LEGO Modular Buildings Town collection. With 2766 pieces, I believe this set contains the most number of pieces for a modular building!

LEGO CUUSOO Hayabusa – Almost to Japan!

Japanese LEGO Fans will soon be able to purchase the second LEGO CUUSOO product known as LEGO Hayabusa! You can check out the Facebook video of it being packed in the warehouse.

The second LEGO CUUSOO product, Hayabusa, is making its way from the warehouse in Denmark to Japan for release in the Japanese market. Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at the boxes being packed. Exclusives are packed in a smaller factory, which as you can see, is still done by hand.

Forum member Zeya informs us that Toys R Us now has LEGO Series 6 Minifigures instock. Unforunately, it has been marked up to $3.5 (MSRP: $2.99) like the other Series Minifigures. The good news is that right now there is no limit on them and if you spend $50 or more on LEGO, you can get $10 off. So if you buy 15 minifigures, you can get them $2.83 each which works out to be roughly 6% off.

They also have LEGO Series 4 and Series 5 still instock. Spend $75 and your order will qualify for free shipping as well.

[Europe] LEGO Superheroes Marvel – Preorders Now Accepted

Ektor writes in to let us know that Amazon Italy is now accepting preorders for the upcoming Summer LEGO Superheroes Marvel sets. Available May 1st, 2012. Hopefully, we’ll get some pictures for them soon! Right now, you can roughly expect the size of each set based on the prices and weight given.

*Only set that they did not list is LEGO 6873 Spider-Man’s Doc Oc (which I presume will be a limited edition set).
